Job summary

Vertiv in the Philippines is seeking a data analyst to translate business objectives into actionable data insights. You will extract metrics from Oracle, Smartsheet, Hadoop, and Excel, build dashboards, and highlight KPI trends to drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities include administering Smartsheet, generating PowerBI reports, and communicating findings for Financial Review, Operations, and Strategic planning. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting and analyzing portfolio metrics from multiple data sources.
• Ability to translate business needs into dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Gather, extract, and analyze portfolio metrics and develop dashboards.
• Administer Smartsheet as the project management tool.
• Extract data from Smartsheet, Sharepoint, Hadoop, and Oracle.
• Generate PowerBI metrics for project, line of business, and portfolio analysis.
• Create reports communicating trends for Financial and Operations reviews.
• Lead ad hoc data analysis requests and maintain documentation.
• Design data systems and resolve data issues.
