Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking an analytics leader to integrate CRM, pipeline analytics, service operations analytics, and incentive programs across the business. The role will manage data integration and empower senior leaders with actionable insights to accelerate growth.

The candidate will oversee resource planning, drive performance across three layers of analytics, and coach other managers in CRM, sales analytics, and supply chain planning. 5+ years in leadership positions preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across sales operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience designing and improving sales/operations processes, tools, and reporting.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM, pipeline analytics, and sales operations analytics to optimize the sales process.
• Lead program management, KPI reporting, and action planning across teams.
• Drive AI tool adoption and automation within sales operations workflows.
