Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation's Shared Services Center in Cebu is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist. The role focuses on data-driven account analysis, EOSL/EOC management, and coordinating with account managers to protect and generate revenue in North American sales.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, maintain reports in Excel, and work with CRM tools to prioritize accounts, track outcomes, and accelerate renewals while aligning with the account strategy and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years in inside sales, sales support, customer success, or similar revenue-focused role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, reporting).
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools for dashboards/reports.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze partner and end-user account data to identify devices and service contracts approaching EOSL or EOC.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools to segment, prioritize, and track accounts by urgency and revenue impact.
• Maintain dynamic contact lists and call queues; prepare briefs, guides, and talking points for account managers.
• Document reasons for non-renewals and coordinate with account owners for action.
• Maintain CRM records; support account managers with data, context, and recommended actions.
• Build Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to visualize pipeline health and outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to align on initiatives and messaging.
