Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, sales support, or admin roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales processes and performance monitoring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams.
• Willingness to report onsite 5x/week in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant transaction volumes and success ratios via dashboards (e.g., Snowflake).
• Identify performance issues, anomalies, and transaction failures.
• Analyze root causes and coordinate with Sales, Merchant Support, TOS, and Fraud teams for resolution.
• Communicate and elevate merchant-specific issues to relevant teams.
• Track resolution progress and provide regular updates to Sales and Management.
• Set up alerts for performance thresholds and generate daily performance summaries and reports.
• Assist Sales with merchant insights, performance reports, and recommendations for client meetings.
• Help prepare presentations and proposals.
• Maintain internal sales databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Process and reconcile petty cash and department reimbursements.
• Provide backup support for contract and documentation processing when needed.
