Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to design and refine KPI frameworks and incentive schemes for the BD team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales objectives. You will track BD performance and deliver actionable insights to management.

You will coordinate with BD, Finance, HR, and other teams on target setting and incentive policies, develop dashboards for regular reviews, and help improve productivity and operational efficiency across the BD function.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine KPI frameworks and incentive schemes for the BD team aligned with priorities
• Track and analyze BD performance against KPIs; identify gaps and trends; provide insights to management
• Manage periodic incentive calculations and payout processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards for reviews and decisions
• Evaluate existing KPI and incentive structures; recommend improvements
• Collaborate with BD, Finance, HR, and other teams on target setting and policies

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing KPI and incentive structures and recommend improvements where needed.
• Partner closely with BD, Finance, HR, and other relevant teams on target setting, incentive policies, and performance management.
• Support other Sales Operations initiatives aimed at improving BD productivity and operational efficiency.
