Nails Glow- Head Office in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Branch Head to lead the branch's performance, oversee daily operations, and ensure profitable operations. You will drive sales, manage inventory and cash, coach staff, and collaborate with Head Office to meet targets.
The role requires a business degree and 2–3 years in sales or branch management, with a focus on leadership and customer service.
The Sales Operations Branch Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch, ensuring achievement of sales targets, efficient daily operations, excellent customer service, proper inventory and cash management, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The position leads and supervises branch personnel while coordinating with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth and profitable branch operations.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth within the assigned branch
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
Lead, supervise, and coach branch employees to achieve individual and branch objectives
Monitor inventory levels, movement, and accuracy
Ensure proper handling, recording, and safeguarding of branch sales and collections
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and proper handling of customer concerns
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Submit accurate and timely branch reports, including sales, inventory, attendance, cash, and operational reports
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail, branch operations, or supervisory/management roles
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing branch operations
Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of inventory, cash handling, sales monitoring, and basic business reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office or relevant sales/operations systems
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules as required by business operations
