About the role

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall sales, operations, customer service, and personnel management of the branch. The position ensures that branch targets are achieved, company policies are properly implemented, and daily operations are conducted efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and activities of the branch
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and collection targets
• Monitor branch performance, sales results, inventory, and operational expenses
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to achieve individual and team goals
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Monitor customer service and address customer concerns and complaints appropriately
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding branch reports, operational concerns, and requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper handling and safeguarding of company assets
• Review and ensure timely submission of required sales, collection, inventory, and operational reports
• Assist in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of branch personnel

About you

• Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related course
• Experience in retail, sales, or branch operations, preferably in the appliance industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
