Coins is the leading crypto brand in the Philippines providing easy access to a wide range of financial services through a mobile app. We are looking for a Coordinator to support onboarding by collecting KYC documents, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with Sales and onboarding teams.

The role involves detailed data review, proactive client communication, and maintaining CRM records to enable swift onboarding and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development.
• Fresh graduates with potential are welcome.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Document Coordination: collect KYC documents and service agreements after a sale is closed.
• Quality Control: review paperwork for accuracy before handoff to onboarding teams.
• Liaison Work: act as main contact between Sales and onboarding teams to track status.
• Pipeline Support: keep CRM updated for real-time onboarding progress.
• Client Communication: follow up with clients to retrieve missing information.
