Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Coordinator to support onboarding workflows. You will collect and verify KYC documents after sales closes and keep records updated to ensure smooth handoffs to partnerships teams.

You will liaise with Sales and onboarding teams, review submissions for completeness, and communicate with clients to resolve missing information. Fresh graduates with potential are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development—preferably fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document Coordination: collect KYC documents and service agreements after a sale is closed.
• Quality Control: review paperwork for accuracy before handing to Partner Solutions to avoid delays.
• Liaison: act as main contact between Sales and onboarding teams to track new accounts.
• Pipeline Support: keep CRM updated for real-time onboarding progress visibility.
• Client Communication: follow up with clients to obtain missing information or clarify requirements.
