Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a dynamic Document Coordination specialist in the Philippines to support onboarding. You will collect KYC documents, review service agreements, and ensure accurate client entries into our regulated crypto platform.

Join a cross-functional team and liaise between Sales and onboarding, keeping CRM records up to date and providing professional follow-ups to clarify requirements. Fresh graduates with a can‑do attitude are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development.
• Fresh graduates welcomed with potential and positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collect KYC documents and service agreements after a sale is closed.
• Review submitted paperwork for accuracy before routing to Partnerships teams.
• Serve as primary contact between Sales and onboarding teams to track accounts.
• Maintain CRM records to give sales real-time onboarding progress.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing information or clarify requirements.
