Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive B2B and high-value transactions. A Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing and 3+ years of sales experience are required, with a background in Real Estate or technology equipment preferred.

You will present, negotiate, and close deals while building strong client relationships. Work hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, onsite in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of solid sales experience.
• Background in Real Estate, Technology Equipment, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Proven track record in professional selling (B2B and/or high-value transactions).
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and effectively present products.
• Experience in consumer electronics or home entertainment systems is preferred.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
