East West Banking Corporation in Davao is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Consumer Lending Team in the Davao office. You will assist with pre-screening, telemarketing, pre-booking and loan documentation to ensure smooth loan processes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service skills, and the ability to work onsite with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in documentation and pre-screening tasks.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar/related capacity.
• With above average communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Trainable, keen to details, self-motivated, and can work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screening proper and fast pre-screening application turn ins from sales team.
• Telemarketing timely and efficient sending of Notice of Approval and proper handling of loan signing of clients.
• Pre-Booking timely and efficient issuance of bank guaranty, efficient preparation of accounts for annotation, and endorsement for booking.
• Loan Documentation timely and efficient preparation of loan and mortgage documents based on approved Credit Approval Memo (CAM) prior actual booking of accounts.
