You will create campaigns, nurture client relationships, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance in a dynamic, international market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years in a sales and marketing role or similar commercial position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics software.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Identify, prospect and nurture potential clients through networking, cold outreach and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals to prospective clients addressing their needs.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence and feedback to inform strategies.
• Monitor marketing metrics, sales data and campaign effectiveness to optimize results.
• Support development of marketing materials and digital assets communicating value proposition.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
