Job summary

Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. is seeking a Data Officer to gather, analyze, and report sales data to support strategic business decisions. You will transform raw data into accurate reports that drive growth and informed sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include generating monthly, quarterly and annual reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and maintaining data confidentiality. Hybrid work setup starts after probation, with a blended onsite/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end data management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with keen attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques to generate insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledgeable in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiar with data governance and data quality management principles.
• Up to date with the latest developments in data management, analytics, and technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report sales performance data using NetSuite.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual comparative reports on sales and SKUs.
• Create weekly sales scorecards and custom reports for the Sales and Marketing team.
• Perform variance analysis, track trends, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support sales and marketing activities such as events, conventions, and trade immersions.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and maintain orderly data records.
