RingCentral is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to help manage and improve sales data across Salesforce, ETL processes, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure data integrity and support business analysis to drive better decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in business process design, and documentation, or similar work experience
• At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
• Ability to translate complex business logic to clear and easy-to-understand documents
• Basic understanding of how algorithms work

Responsibilities

• Update data in Salesforce and perform ad hoc/batch updates following Sales Rules of Engagement.
• Perform ETL to update data in Salesforce Project Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create requirements and improve processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build relationships, prioritize tasks, and hit milestones.
• Review sales data for integrity and accuracy and manage data updates.
• Document process workflows to improve team efficiency.
