Job summary

PHINMA Properties Sales & Marketing Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst to support sales operations, marketing analytics, and data-driven decision-making in Metro Manila.

You will generate reports, build dashboards, analyze campaigns, and provide insights to improve sales processes while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience, with advanced Excel and BI tools like Power BI and Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or similar roles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, CRM systems and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
• Analyze sales performance, marketing campaigns, lead conversion, and business trends.
• Develop KPI reports and data visualizations using analytics tools.
• Monitor buyer accounts, sales performance, and incentive-related data.
• Support CRM, lead management, and sales process improvements.
• Track digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams on business initiatives.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
