Job summary

MEDLINK MARKETING INC. is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to drive insights from sales and marketing data in Metro Manila. You will monitor figures, analyze trends, and prepare management reports to support business decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, charts), and familiarity with Power BI or SQL. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Monitor and analyze sales figures, trends, product performance, and customer segments.
Prepare and analyze weekly, MTD, and YTD sales and marketing reports for management.
Identify key sales trends and performance insights to support business and marketing decisions.
Provide data and reports to support sales targets, marketing plans, forecasts, budgets, and promotional strategies.
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring promotional activities, events, giveaways, and marketing campaigns.
Calculate pricing, profit markups, and margins accurately.
Maintain and update sales and marketing databases, records, and reports.
Communicate key findings and performance trends to management.
