Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through social media, online platforms, referrals, networking, cold calling, and other appropriate sales channels.
• Handle customer inquiries, assess client needs, provide product or service information, and develop qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and other field sales activities as required.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments on product availability, pricing, orders, delivery, installation, and other client requirements.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities that support lead generation, brand awareness, and sales objectives.
• Create and publish content for the company's website and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage and update online selling platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other applicable e-commerce channels, including product listings, pricing, descriptions, and promotions.
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Meta AI, Gemini, and similar applications for content creation, copywriting, visual materials, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor sales and marketing activities, maintain records of leads and transactions, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and relevant sales and digital marketing developments to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in client, supplier, and other business-related accreditations and ensure that required documents are properly coordinated and submitted.
• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets and perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field..
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Meta AI, Gemini, or similar applications is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
