Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in the semiconductor market. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage strategic key accounts, and expand our customer network across international OEM/EMS customers.

The role requires deep understanding of semiconductor products and market dynamics, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and leading teams toward targets. Occasional overseas travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor products, applications, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
• Establish pricing strategies, sales policies, and contract terms to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic key accounts, including major semiconductor manufacturers and OEM/EMS customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while expanding the customer network.
• Engage customers and promote solutions that address both technical and commercial requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry developments and emerging technologies, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Coordinate product launches and technical presentations, while gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and guide team members to achieve business objectives and desired outcomes.
