Job summary

ISRA Vision Mexico Puebla and surrounding regions seek a Sales Manager for Machine Vision Solutions to drive commercial development across Mexico, acting as the main technical-commercial partner for customers seeking advanced inspection and automation solutions.

You will build strategic account plans, grow the MVS pipeline, position high-value solutions, and coordinate local and global resources from opportunity identification through handover and aftersales growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, business development or project-based industrial sales.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the MVS commercial strategy for the full Mexican territory.
• Manage and grow accounts including automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, line builders, and system integrators.
• Identify applications where machine vision can improve quality, traceability, productivity, and process stability.
• Lead opportunity qualification, value proposition, pricing alignment, margin expectations, quotation and negotiation.
• Coordinate with technical experts to define feasible MVS solutions and ensure handover to Project Management.
• Support aftersales growth through maintenance, training, spare parts, upgrades, service contracts and lifecycle support.

Bring your curiosity to work as our nextSales Manager - Machine Vision Solutions. You will be part of our sales team, r ep orting to our Business Line Manager IAS. In this role, your mission is to drivethe commercial development of Machine Vision Solutions across Mexico, acting as the main technical-commercial partner for customers seeking advanced inspection, robot guidance, metrology, quality vision and production intelligence solutions. You will build strategic account plans, grow the MVS pipeline, position high‑value solutions and coordinate local and global resources from opportunity identification through project handover and aftersales growth. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

• Develop and execute the MVS commercial strategy for the full Mexican territory, aligned with local business objectives and divisional priorities.
• Manage and growaccounts, including automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, line builders, and system integrators.
• Identify applications where machine vision can improve quality, traceability, productivity, process stability and automated inspection.
• Conduct structured customer visits, mapping plants, stakeholders, installed base, decision makers, future programs, competitors and opportunity potential.
• Prepare account plans, maintain CRM/C4C discipline and keep pipeline, forecasts, customer contacts and visit reports accurate and up to date.
• Lead opportunity qualification, value proposition, preliminary scope, pricing alignment, margin expectations, quotation and commercial negotiation.
• Coordinate with technical experts to define feasible MVS solutions and ensure thehandover to Project Management after order placement.
• Support aftersales growth through maintenance, training, spare parts, upgrades, service contracts and lifecycle support for installed-base customers.
• Collaborate with IAS teams where MVS can complement broader customer applications, while keeping the position focused exclusively on MVS products and technologies.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Business Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing environments, preferably automotive.
• General knowledge of machine vision technologies, including 2D/3D vision, camera systems, laser sensors, optical measurement, robot guidance, inline inspection, bead inspection, defect detection and AI-supported inspection.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, business development or project-based industrial sales.
• Track record of growing accounts, maintaining disciplined pipeline data and converting qualified opportunities into profitable orders.
