Job summary

Mynimo is seeking a Sales Manager based in Manila to drive revenue and expand the resort's presence in the Metro Manila market. You will lead new business development, manage strategic accounts across corporate, government, leisure and MICE segments, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversions and ensure seamless client experiences.

The role reports to the Director of Sales and requires strong relationship-building, networking and negotiation skills, with a track record in hotel

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Highly organized, commercially driven and results-oriented.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new business across corporate, government, travel agencies, tour operators, MICE, associations and partners.
• Develop strategic partnerships generating qualified wedding and social event referrals.
• Monitor account production and implement account development actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and Reservations to maximize conversions.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports; submit proposals and contracts timely.
