Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company in Iloilo, Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead area sales strategies, set targets, and drive growth in the region.

You will recruit and mentor sales representatives, monitor KPIs, and analyze data to support strategic decisions while building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role is based on-site in Iloilo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
