Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Manager who will provide high-level administrative and sales support to the VP of Sales. The role crosses multiple departments to ensure customer requests, opportunities, and meetings progress smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, sales administration, sales coordination, or similar roles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional communication with customers, executives, and multiple departments.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or sales management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the VP of Sales' calendar, meetings, appointments, calls, and travel.
• Prepare the VP for customer meetings with account information, pricing history, and open opportunities.
• Track action items from meetings and internal discussions.
• Draft emails, presentations, agendas, and sales reports.
• Coordinate meetings between customers, brokers, sales reps, R&D, operations, purchasing, and other departments.
• Maintain records of customer conversations, opportunities, and pricing discussions.
• Assist with quotations, pricing requests, product info, samples, and sales docs.
• Ensure timely completion of customer requests and internal projects.
