Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to head the sales team, drive client satisfaction and revenue growth, and implement strategic sales plans across key accounts.

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build strong customer relationships, coach the team, and monitor performance to maximize opportunities and achieve targets. Start date is immediate and on-site work near Rochor MRT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the sales team to achieve client satisfaction and increase revenue growth
• Develop, execute, and oversee sales strategies and plans to meet business targets and maximize sales opportunities
• Define and implement approaches for acquiring new business and retaining existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and needs
• Foster customer relationships to achieve targeted revenue goals
• Promote a positive and motivating environment within the sales team to enhance performance
• Investigate and resolve issues impacting sales performance to improve outcomes
• Monitor industry trends and leverage changes to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Review and analyze sales performance reports to inform strategic decisions and improve sales effectiveness
