In this full-time role, you will lead and manage our sales operations, driving revenue growth and achieving key business objectives for our 2-star hotel property.

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
2. Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and optimal customer service
3. Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop tailored sales solutions
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
5. Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
6. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
