Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a sales and marketing professional in Pasay to drive annual sales targets. The role requires attainment of sales goals through client acquisition and expansion of the client portfolio, with emphasis on prompt compliance with agreements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years in sales/marketing, including supervisory and managerial experience, and strong communication and protocol awareness. A transportation allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year baccalaureate course in Management or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 2 years in supervisory role and 1 year in managerial capacity.
• Excellent communication and corporate protocol awareness.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets through client acquisition and portfolio expansion.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with third-party services.
• Ensure compliance with terms of agreement and monitor prompt fulfillment.

Salary Range: ₱40,000

Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Work Location: Gil Puyat, Pasay City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Transportation Allowance: Reimbursement basis

Sales Quota: ₱2.13 million within the first six (6) months

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the attainment of the sales target for the year through client acquisition, expansion of portfolio of existing clients, being a reliable partner the to the clients and third-party services and constant monitoring of prompt compliance to the terms of agreement with clients.
