Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Bataan.

You will promote PHirst Park Homes residential properties, generate leads, conduct client consultations, and guide clients from reservation to closing while meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or real estate, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 72 college units is preferred.
• Educational background in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a sales team.
• Existing corporate sales network is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PHirst Park Homes residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, digital channels, and corporate connections.
• Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and site tours.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Manage leads and conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist clients throughout the reservation and closing process.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, events, and networking initiatives.
• Stay updated on property developments, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
