Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, logistics, distribution or supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or distribution industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports and updates.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, routing, and dispatching of products.
• Supervise daily logistics and delivery operations for timely, accurate deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and stock.
