Job summary

Jobstoday World is expanding in the Philippines and seeks a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth. You will target staffing agencies, BPOs, and direct employers, selling both job advertising and the Aura ATS.

The role requires a proven network in the local staffing ecosystem and a self-driven approach within an international team. This is a contract, full-time position reporting to the CEO, with a competitive retainer, uncapped commission, and clear progression as you establish the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment/ Staffing.
• Established active network in Philippine staffing/BPO space.
• Strong understanding of how staffing firms buy recruitment tools/ads/HR tech.
• Excellent English; Filipino/Tagalog a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline across Philippines staffing agencies, BPOs, RPOs and corporate HR teams.
• Open doors and close deals using existing network of decision-makers.
• Sell CPC/CPA campaigns and ATS solutions.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Grow accounts through upselling, renewals and upsells.
• Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM.
• Provide market feedback on pricing, competitors and needs.
