Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
5+ years of sales leadership experience in mall entertainment, FECs, or leisure operations.
Strong negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, revenue forecasting, and event planning expertise.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by booking corporate events, birthday party packages, and group visits to the arcade.
Collaborate with mall management and surrounding retail tenants to cross-promote events, card reload promotions, and joint marketing campaigns.
Direct and coach sales associates to meet monthly booking targets and deliver outstanding client service.
Track event pipelines, analyze weekly sales metrics, and optimize party package pricing models.
