Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the execution of corporate-led and localized marketing programs for a premier shopping center in Metro Manila.

You will help ensure seamless delivery of initiatives aligned with brand standards, business goals, and tenant engagement objectives to maximize property vitality and retailer success. The role requires strong coordination across marketing operations, events, partnerships, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with 360 marketing internship exposure accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations: assist in day-to-day execution of mall marketing activities, promotions, events, and digital marketing.
• Foot Traffic & Engagement: support campaigns to attract and retain mall-goers and extend dwell time.
• Partnerships & Sponsorships: drive brand collaborations and sponsorships to boost awareness and revenue.
• Merchant & Event Coordination: coordinate merchant-led activities and events aligned with brand standards.
• Community Relations: provide hands-on marketing support to retailers and local communities.
• Reporting & Analytics: prepare reports on event performance and market insights to inform strategy.
