Wefund Lending Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a Sales Lead to build, manage, and strengthen our OFW credit business. You will design strategy, recruit and train loan consultants, and drive partnerships with clear roles and benefits.
Responsibilities include establishing onboarding programs, implementing performance metrics, and developing commission schemes to fuel growth while ensuring compliance and risk controls across the LC network.
The Sales Lead is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening the organization’s OFW credit business. The incumbent should have an in-depth understanding of the industry, including the regulations and compliance, and the different models it can leverage on to grow the business.
Develop the overall strategy, admission criteria, tiered management system, and annual/quarterly growth targets for the LC network.
Utilize existing industry connections to rapidly recruit established Loan Consultants (LC), establishing our first core partner pool.
Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and benefits.
Design and implement onboarding, training, and certification programs to ensure partners fully understand the products, processes, and compliance requirements.
Establish daily communication, coaching, and support mechanisms (e.g., dedicated account managers, regular review meetings) to enhance LC activities and professionalism.
Develop and manage digital tools or processes for LC lead submission, tracking, and commission settlement.
Monitor and analyze performance data for the entire LC network and individual partners (e.g., lead volume, conversion rate, asset quality).
Design and manage commission and bonus schemes to drive healthy network growth.
Identify high-potential LCs and create plans for deeper engagement and development.
Establish a code of conduct for LCs, monitor the compliance of their marketing and acquisition activities, and prevent fraud and reputational risks.
Serve as the first line of risk control, collaborating with the Risk Department to optimize front-end screening strategies based on LC feedback.
