Job description

The Affiliate Marketing Supervisor develops and manages partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to promote our OFW loan products. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, relationship management, and performance-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
2. Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high‑potential affiliates (e.g., OFW/Seafarer influencers, vloggers/bloggers, financial advisors, remittance partners, organizations, and companies). Conduct research to identify new growth opportunities.
3. Develop and propose commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions to attract and retain affiliate partners. Gather the necessary documentation and data to validate proposed programs and implement them once approved.
4. Conduct program presentations and training sessions and provide marketing materials and referral tracking tools to affiliates to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
5. Conduct market research on all potential affiliate partners.
6. Ensure that all affiliate agreements, disclosures, and marketing materials comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Strategy & Campaign Development
8. Execute data‑driven affiliate marketing campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
9. Directly work with other marketing teams to create marketing assets for affiliates (social media posts, email templates, ad banners, etc.).
10. Assist in the conceptualization of promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and affiliate engagement activities.

Partner Relationship Management

2. Consistently coordinate and meet up with affiliate partners to maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to optimize performance.
3. Regularly utilizes affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance (click‑through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition).
4. Prepare and present monthly performance reports with key metrics and actionable recommendations.
5. Identify underperforming affiliates and implement reactivation or improvement plans to increase productivity.
6. Provide ongoing assistance and communication support to affiliates to address issues, concerns, or updates.
7. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
8. Track campaign performance and analyse trends to identify opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency.
9. Maintain accurate and organized records of affiliate activities, partner data, and campaign documentation.
10. Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of affiliate operations.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor affiliate programs, and emerging digital tools to ensure continuous innovation in affiliate marketing practices.
12. Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or similar fields.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, loan consultant handling, partnerships (experience in financial services or fintech is a plus).
3. Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
4. Proven ability / track record to design and develop strategic marketing campaigns and programs.
5. Knowledge of social media channels and platforms is a must.
