MabuhayTech Corporation is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students who want to gain hands‑on experience in sales, lead generation, client engagement, business development, and B2B communication within a technology‑focused company.
As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to support lead generation activities, prospect research, client outreach, follow‑ups, and meeting coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation by researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct prospect research and gather basic information about potential clients and their businesses.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database and sales tracker.
- Assist in reaching out to prospective clients through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other approved communication channels.
- Support follow-up activities and provide timely updates on lead status.
- Assist in lead qualification and identify relevant contacts and key decision‑makers within target companies.
- Help coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare basic client and company background information before scheduled meetings.
- Monitor active opportunities and assist with client follow‑ups.
- Record and organize sales activities, responses, and lead progress.
- Prepare regular updates regarding lead generation, outreach, engagement, and sales activities.
- Perform other sales and business development tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be required to complete an internship/OJT as part of the academic curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with prospective clients through email, phone, and online platforms.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to conduct online research and organize information accurately.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms is an advantage.
- Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or business development experience is an advantage but not required.
