We’re looking for Sales Intake Specialists in Dagupan City to join a high-performing team supporting customers through an important decision-making process.
In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer needs, assess eligibility, explain services, address concerns, and guide qualified customers toward enrollment.

What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer circumstances and determine potential eligibility.
- Educate customers about available services and their benefits.
- Guide conversations toward appropriate enrollment decisions.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Build trust and create a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Navigate multiple software systems and resources while speaking with customers.
- Manage follow-ups, documentation, and case-related activities accurately.
- Learn complex programs, processes, and procedures through structured training.
- Work independently while maintaining strong productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Schedule & Training
- Training: 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Production: Monday-Friday, within an 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Eastern Time operating window. Your final production schedule will be confirmed after training.
Candidates must be comfortable working a schedule aligned with U.S. business hours, which will fall primarily during evening and overnight hours in the Philippines.
Compensation
- PHP 17,000 per month, depending on experience
On-Site Requirements
- This is an on-site position in Dagupan City.
- Candidates should be prepared to work from the designated office location and use the equipment and systems provided or required for the role.
