Job Description

• Onboarding & Recruitment Admin: Coordinate recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, background screenings, offer letter issuance, and pre-employment declarations.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Process staff movements such as internal transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment, and cessations.
• Compliance & Screening: Initiate post-employment screenings, flag discrepancies to HR Business Partners, and administer activities related to the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) for financial advisers.
• Work Pass Administration: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and dependents.
• Data & Systems Management: Maintain high standards of data integrity in HR systems (Workday) and ensure timely archiving of confidential employee documents.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide accurate, timely HR support to employees, process ex-staff reference checks, and assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry or prior experience using Workday is preferred.
• Proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Positive work attitude, results-oriented and service-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and handling high-volume workloads with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and adapt to evolving processes.
