Job summary

The Freedom Geek Ltd is hiring a Sales Growth Specialist to help grow our international client base. You will generate and follow up on leads, conduct consultative sales calls, and build strong client relationships. This full-time role offers flexible hours and remote work with a world-spanning entrepreneurial client base.

Compensation starts at 3 GBP/hour plus commissions, with potential to earn over $1,500/month and a referral program of $500. No agency cuts and 40 hours/week are included.

Qualifications

• Speaks and writes excellent English.
• Loves talking to people and builds rapport.
• Confident on the phone with consultative selling.
• Proactive, driven and goal-oriented.
• Strong organisational and research skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Sales or lead generation experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience sourcing leads via social media is a bonus.
