Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Sales Intelligence Analyst to define, implement, and monitor the sales reporting system. You will identify opportunities to grow the commercial teams based on data-driven insights.

You will analyze sales metrics, compute incentives for management approval, and monitor KPIs across territories, ensuring timely reporting and alignment with business plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in the same role with good grasp of sales data requirements.
• With excellent IT skills and knowledge and critical attention to details; must have good verbal and written communication.
• Highly acquainted to use Microsoft software and other company computer science tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, self-starter, fast learner, and can motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Defines, recommends, and implements the sales reporting system and processes for timely opportunities.
• Personally analyzes sales metrics to identify areas for growth.
• Monitors the KPIs of the sales teams and ensures timely reporting of performance.
• Coordinates with 3rd party providers to supply logistics for sales teams to operate promptly.
• Assesses target allocation across territories and recommends improvements.
