Century Pacific Food, Inc. seeks a Finance-driven professional to own the financial performance of assigned accounts, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic recommendations. You will manage P&L, budgets, and promotional spending while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial finance, sales finance, business development, account management, or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, financial analysis, and account profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans for assigned accounts to achieve profitability and business targets.
• Monitor and analyze customer Profit & Loss (P&L) on a monthly basis and identify opportunities to improve account performance.
• Develop sustainable and profitable business recommendations based on financial and commercial insights.
• Ensure account spending remains within approved budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned Modern Trade and General Trade accounts.
• Conduct regular consultations with account representatives and document key discussions and action items.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store promotional activities through off-take, spending, and budget utilization.
• Conduct regular store checks and trade visits to assess execution and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable in coordination with Modern Trade and General Trade Business Development Managers.
• Reconcile customer P&L, expenses, and other financial information to ensure accuracy.

About the role

This role combines commercial finance, business development, account management, and financial analysis. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to develop account plans, manage profitability, monitor spending and promotional investments, and identify opportunities that support sustainable business growth. As a key business partner to the Sales organization, you will have ownership of the financial performance of assigned accounts while building strong customer relationships and translating financial insights into actionable business recommendations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in commercial finance, sales finance, business development, account management, or financial planning and analysis
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, financial analysis, and account profitability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to conduct store checks and trade visits approximately 20–30% of the workweek
• Valid driver's license prior to onboarding due to the field and mobility requirements of the role
