Job summary

NM TRADERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive growth across the organization, overseeing strategic sales plans and fostering strong client relationships.

You will coordinate with production, marketing, and sales teams to align on growth initiatives and win new business. The role requires overseeing market analysis, training and coaching sales staff, and guiding forecasting and CRM hygiene to meet ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic sales plans for continued growth
• Drive sales effort of the entire company by cultivating relationships with existing clients and new clients
• Seek out and objectively evaluate training programs and sales strategies
• Identify and monitor emerging markets for development opportunities
• Regularly present reports and status updates to the management team
• Participate in one on one coaching as well as team meetings and conference calls
• Develop and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Become an integral part of a highly collaborative production, marketing and sales team.
• Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones
• Implementing the company’s sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
• Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
• Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
• Managing sales targets, pipelines, and forecasting
• Coaching sales reps and supporting professional development
• Analysing performance data and refining sales processes
• Leading team meetings, training sessions, and 1-to-1s
• Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and messaging
• Supporting deals, negotiations, and customer relationships
• Managing CRM hygiene and reporting to leadership
• Recruiting and onboarding new sales team members
