Job summary

Enable PH is expanding its Sales Operations & Account Support team in Mandaluyong. The role provides essential back-end support to the sales group, handling dealer onboarding, order fulfillment, and collections while building commercial knowledge and account management skills.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure smooth documentation, monitor deliveries, and support in client follow-ups to drive dealer growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Experience in Sales Administration, Distribution Operations, Account Management, or Sales Support roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard dealers and complete documentation, maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate order processing from confirmation to delivery and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor delivery schedules and provide status updates to customers.
• Assist collections and coordinate with Finance on receivables.
• Coordinate aftersales, repairs, warranties, and service concerns.
• Support dealer accounts through client follow-ups and business reviews.
• Develop product and commercial knowledge to validate quotations and pricing.
• Maintain reports and trackers for dealer activities, orders, and status.
• Provide general administrative support to Sales and cross-functional teams.

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Executive – Sales Operations & Account Support is responsible for supporting the sales team in dealer onboarding, account coordination, order processing, collections, delivery monitoring, events, and aftersales concerns. The role serves as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities while gradually developing commercial understanding, product knowledge, and account management capabilities to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dealer Onboarding & Documentation: Assist in onboarding new dealers and accounts by facilitating accreditation requirements, completing documentation, and maintaining updated customer records and databases.
• Order Management & Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, proper documentation, and smooth fulfillment from order confirmation to delivery.
• Delivery Monitoring & Coordination: Monitor delivery schedules, provide status updates, and coordinate resolution of delivery concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collection & Accounts Receivable Support: Assist in collection initiatives by managing SOA communications, monitoring payment status, and coordinating with Finance and Admin teams on receivable concerns.
• Aftersales Coordination: Coordinate repair, warranty, replacement, and service concerns with internal teams and service centers while ensuring timely customer updates until case closure.
• Account Management & Sales Development: Support in managing dealer accounts by conducting client follow-ups, assisting in business reviews, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive account growth and business development.
• Product & Commercial Support: Develop product and commercial knowledge to validate quotations, pricing, and costing while supporting proposals and identifying account growth opportunities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate reports and trackers related to dealer activities, orders, collections, and account status to support operational visibility and decision-making.
• General Support: Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and cross-functional teams, including events, trade activities, and special projects, to ensure efficient business execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any four (4)-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in Sales Administration, Distribution Operations, Account Management, or Sales Support roles.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, Distribution, Retail, or Lifestyle industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems, SAP, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and documentation discipline.
• Capable of handling multiple stakeholders and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to fieldwork, events, and reporting onsite in Mandaluyong as needed.
• Driving skills and possession of a valid driver's license are considered an advantage.
