Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in customer servicing, order processing, sales administration and delivery coordination. You will ensure timely follow-up and accurate records while building strong customer relationships.

This role is based at Pasir Panjang with a 5-day work week and office hours 8:30am–5:30pm. Salary is SGD 3,300, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Administration or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator role.
• Sales & Marketing knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and new customer accounts, including enquiries, follow-ups, outbound calls and relationship building.
• Monitor customer order patterns and inventory needs, proactively recommending re-orders.
• Process sales orders, quotations and pricing accurately with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfilment.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support Sales & Marketing with sales administration and ad hoc duties.

Our Client, a well-established and reputable food distributor, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Coordinator.

You will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in customer servicing, order processing, sales administration and delivery coordination while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage existing and new customer accounts, including enquiries, follow‑ups, outbound calls and relationship building.

• Monitor customer order patterns and inventory needs, proactively recommending re‑orders or stock replenishment where appropriate.

• Process sales orders, quotations and pricing accurately while maintaining proper sales documentation and records.

• Coordinate with customers, Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth order fulfilment.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the relevant parties when necessary.

• Support the Sales & Marketing team with sales administration, promotional activities, competitor monitoring, field sales support and other ad hoc duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Administration or relevant discipline

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator

• Sales & Marketing knowledge will be an advantage
