Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales professional to identify new opportunities and build strong client relationships.

You will work with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions and support bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business. The role requires a degree in Sales or Engineering, 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products, excellent customer service, and a valid driver's license to service Cavite,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or related business courses.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate motorcycles and cars.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients for excellent service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand networks.
• Support development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports to management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials is required
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and is capable of operating both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles
