Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the Philippines to identify and pursue opportunities in building products. You will work with clients to understand needs and propose technical solutions.

You will collaborate with the technical team, prepare bids, and negotiate contracts to win new business while expanding professional networks at industry events and trade shows. Commissions and strong earnings are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate motorcycles and cars.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide product information and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand networks.
• Support development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and is capable of operating both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles
