Job summary

Aickman & Greene is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth across the South Luzon/CALABARZON area. This highly field-based role involves prospecting for new accounts, maintaining client relationships, promoting products, and meeting sales targets.

Candidates with FMCG or pastry/baking industry experience are highly preferred. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively are required, with a company-provided vehicle or motorcycle available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in FMCG, food, pastry, or baking industries is preferred.
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork (~95%).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire, and develop new customers within the assigned area.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and ensure quality customer service.
• Present and promote company products to potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling, and product demonstrations when necessary.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer concerns.
• Collect sales payments and ensure timely remittance in accordance with company policies.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, market opportunities, and product performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, pastry, or baking-related industries.
• Experience selling baking products or food products is highly preferred.
• Technical baking experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Must be comfortable with approximately 95% fieldwork.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be capable of driving both manual and automatic 2-4 wheels vehicles.
• Willing to travel extensively within the South Luzon area. Most likely in Calabarzon area.
