Job summary

The Kallang Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales & Operations support professional to manage venue clients, coordinate site visits, and assist with scheduling and event activations in a dynamic environment.

You will support the Sales team with market research, feedback gathering, and reporting, while contributing to value-added initiatives and major projects for The Kallang. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma / Degree.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels.
Excellent verbal and communication skills with good command of English.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Team player with high degree of initiative and able to work independently.
For senior position, minimum 3 years relevant experience in Sales for a venue or related events industries.
While fresh graduates are welcome, preference is given to candidate with minimum 2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

Manage, support and service new and existing venue clients including site visits and scheduling coordination.
Implementation and management of Sales Operations initiatives including venue related requirements.
Provide support to the Sales team including market research, feedback gathering and reports.
Support department in the execution of value-added initiatives and major projects for The Kallang.
