Job summary

Re Source Partners Pte Ltd is looking for an Event Executive to support the Event Manager from briefing to execution and delivery. The role involves conceptualising events, planning timelines, sourcing venues and vendors, managing budgets, and on-site production, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in MICE/events, strong interpersonal and project management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support conceptualisation and lead planning and organising of events, including timelines, venues, vendors, sponsorships, performances, budgets, on-site operations, and stakeholder communications
• Collate information and prepare event tender documents
• Liaise with event organisers, sponsors, speakers, and performers
• Prepare event proposals in accordance with client requirements for internal review
• Liaise with clients to identify needs and provide proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
