Qualifications

• 2 years minimum exposure in a Sales/Quotation support role within Manufacturing/Engineering
• HND/Degree in Engineering/Business with 1 year Sales/Quotations support exposure
• Efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain escalation tracker with notes, status updates, and action owners
• Prepare escalation summaries and follow-up emails on behalf of escalation managers
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants and internal teams to gather updates or resolution info
• Assist in weekly/monthly escalation status reporting and document root causes
