Job summary

Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional in the Philippines to lead and inspire a field sales team across Cavite, Davao, CDO, and nearby areas.

The role focuses on promoting and selling our products to property developers, contractors, and end-users, while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will master product benefits, drive sales performance to meet quotas, manage payment terms, and collect payments, all while upholding company policies

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (PRC licensed preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop a character and values that are in conformity with our corporate culture as contained in our Fuchsia Book.
• Shall study and master the benefits, advantages and features of all the products assigned to you to promote and sell, including how they are installed.
• Promote our products and services to consultants, architects and designers and be able to present them with clarity and conviction.
• Accomplish or even exceed the monthly sales quota.
• Sell products under the standard payment terms and conditions and secure approval from Credit and Collection for payment terms outside of these standard terms before making agreements with the customer.
• Responsible for collection of all the sales you make, including those sales made on months you failed to achieve your sales quota.
• Responsible for gathering information on our competitors and reporting it to your supervisor immediately. This information concerns their products, pricing, projects, sales statistics, distribution policies and strategies, advertising and promotion.
• Read, understand, and comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and authorize the company to retrieve, record, monitor, or preserve any transactions over the telephone and any other means to sustain the standards of work agree upon.
• The company shall have the right to amend, repeal and supersede such Manual of Rules and Regulations as business options require.
