Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Two (2) years proven experience in account management and solutions selling to B2B accounts
• Strong technical background with ability to understand and communicate complex concepts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial qualities and leadership abilities are core requirements
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events
• Must know how to drive with a professional licensed driver
• Open to applicants in Luzon willing to be assigned to VisMin after training in Luzon

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand product offerings and technical specifications
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company
